Arrest made on the April 26, 2009 fatal crash on Highway 60
Deputy Todd Cook, Traffic Investigator for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has stated the Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted Sarah Lamb age 24, involving the fatal crash on Highway 60 that occurred April 26, 2009. The indictments are as follows: two counts of Vehicular Homicide, four counts of Reckless Endangerment, Driving while Revoked and third offense DUI.
The victims in the fatal crash were Orvil and Patricia Laymon both 68 years old, who were riding a motorcycle north on Highway 60. Ms. Lamb, who was traveling southbound on Highway 60 in a truck, allegedly crossed the center line and into the path of the motorcycle.
