HCSO Corrections Deputy Nicholas Monroe Awarded Commendation
Hamilton County, TN – On Tuesday, July 9th, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Austin Garrett and Deputy Chief of Law Enforcement Joe Fowler presented a commendation and sheriff’s challenge coin to Corrections Deputy Nicolas Monroe.
Corrections Deputy Nicholas Monroe was issued a commendation for using the knowledge and intelligence he has gained during the course of his duties in the Hamilton County Jail to assist the Chattanooga Police Robbery Unit in clearing an important bank robbery case.
Also on hand for his commendation ceremony were his wife, Chattanooga Police Officer Chris Pierre, and several of his colleagues.
The professionalism shown by Corrections Deputy Monroe exemplifies the role of a dedicated public servant and are in keeping with the highest standards of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. Accordingly, a Certificate of Commendation and Sheriff’s Challenge Coin are awarded to Corrections Deputy Nicholas Monroe.
