Hamilton County, TN - On Thursday, February 20, 2020 at approximately 6:00 pm, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 400 Block of Dee Lane Hixson, TN to an incident involving an assault.

The preliminary investigation concluded that this was an aggravated assault. The victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that appear to be non-life threatening.

This incident remains under investigation and the name of the victim is not being released at this time.
