Hamilton County, TN - The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is offering additional details regarding the fatal accident on Sunday, August 23, 2020 on Gann Road.

Preliminary investigation indicates a vehicle traveling on Gann Road left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was transported to a local medical facility where he was pronounced deceased. The passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was Michael Wagner, age 20. The passenger was Jonathan Laymon, age 22.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation, no further details are available at this time.
