Yesterday afternoon at approximately 12:00 p.m. the homeowner who resides at 11119 Ooltewah-Georgetown road came home only to find that he had some unwanted company.

The homeowner found Michael Tigue age 21 in the home and held him there while he called 911 requesting the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to respond. The suspect was charged with Aggravated Burglary and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
