Hamilton County, TN - On February 1, 2021, at approximately 4:15 pm, HCSO Patrol responded to the 9400 Block of Windrose Circle in East Brainerd on a report of a possible kidnapping.

Upon arriving, the victim, who is (10) years of age, had returned home and was safe.

The facts and circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

The vehicle reportedly used in the abduction is black and was driven by a white male.
