Hamilton County, TN - On Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at approximately 7:20 pm, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to a single vehicle crash with entrapment in the 1400 block of Ooltewah Ringgold Road.

Upon arrival of first responders, the single occupant was pronounced deceased on the scene by medical personnel.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered the vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Catoosa County, Georgia.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division and the name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the next-of-kin.
