Hamilton County, TN - On September 6, 2021, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office investigated a criminal allegation filed against Kadarius Scott (Age 23). The alleged criminal act occurred at a residence in Ooltewah, Tennessee. The alleged incident was not reported to have occurred on school property.

On September 9, 2021, Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office obtained warrants from the Hamilton County Magistrates Office charging Scott with Aggravated Kidnapping and Rape. On this same date, Kadarius Scott was arrested by HCSO detectives and was booked into the Silverdale Detention Center.
