Tennessee Sheriff’s Association Awards Annual College Scholarships to Students

Hamilton County, TN – Each year, the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association (TSA) awards $500 scholarships to the family members of active county law enforcement personnel who are attending higher education and meet the requirements of their Scholarship Program. This year’s recipients are as follows:

Ms. Danielle Hoskins

(Daughter of HCSO Records Clerk Jessica Hoskins)

(Granddaughter of HCSO Records Clerk Francis Owen)

School Attending: Chattanooga State Technical Community College

Mr. James ‘Jim’ Marsh

(Son of HCSO Fugitive Detective James Usry)

School Attending: Chattanooga State Technical Community College
