Hamilton County, TN – On Monday, March 18, 2024, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office personnel arrested a juvenile suspect in connection to a social media threat made against a school faculty member at Tyner Middle School earlier this month.

The post contained images of the faculty member as well as several threats.

The student is being charged with:

• Communicating a Threat Concerning a School Employee - TCA 39-13-114

• Civil Right’s Intimidation - TCA 39-17-309
