The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint on March 21, 2008 involving a w/m who was described as being approximately 40 years old, 5’8” to 5’11” and 140 to 180 lbs. who exposed himself to a six year old child. This incident occurred at the Falling Water Elementary School playground where the child had been playing. Detective Mike Cox, while conducting the criminal investigation and utilizing the Sex Offender Registry developed suspect information on the reported incident.

The witness was provided a photo lineup and identified Terry F. Beason as the suspect in this case. Mr. Beason was arrested and charged with Observation without Consent and Indecent Exposure and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The investigation is continuing.
