A shots fired call this morning to 2219 Standing Rock Road in Hamilton County, ended with one person sustaining minor injuries and two arrests.

The investigation into the shots fired call by detectives resulted in both the victim and suspect arrested and charged with Attempt 1st Degree Murder while involved in a drug transaction. Information obtained during the investigation from interviews indicated that both parties involved were armed during a drug transaction and that both fired shots. Drugs were found on the property and a methamphetamine lab was located in the woods.

Willie Cunningham suffered a minor injury to his person. The second subject involved was identified as Dustin Frisbee. When Frisbee was located by deputies he was found to be armed with a 357 Sig. semi automatic handgun.

Willie D. Cunningham and Dustin Frisbee both were charged with Attempt 1st Degree Murder while involved in a drug transaction.
