A single vehicle traffic crash was reported to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office earlier this evening at approximately 6:50 p.m. that occurred in the 1160 block of Highway 27.

Traffic Investigators found that the vehicle was traveling north bound on Highway 27, when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the roadway and traveled in the median before hitting a rise causing the car to go airborne. The vehicle, a Nissan Cube landed in the 6200 block of Levi Road. The driver was transported to an area hospital and the extent of her injuries are unknown.

Updated information will be released as it becomes available as the investigation into the crash is on-going.
