This morning shortly before 9:00 a.m. a call was received involving an attempted burglary at a residence on Signal Mountain. A Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was in the area and observed the suspect vehicle traveling on Roberts Mill Road. Several attempts were made to stop this vehicle with no success. The suspect vehicle, described as a silver Kia continued traveling, refusing to stop for law enforcement but was eventually located parked in the parking lot of the Fountain Woods apartment complex.

The investigation into this attempted burglary along with other thefts is on-going at this time and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
