On December 15, 2014, Izabella Smith white female, age 17, Ht: 500, wt.: 90, eyes hazel, hair brown was reported as a missing person /runaway from the Harrison community. The guardian of Isabella Smith is very concerned for her safety and is asking for the public's help in locating her.
