Hamilton County Grand Jury Indicts Former Hidden Harbor Subdivision Homeowner's Association President

Hamilton County, TN - On Friday, April 15, 2016, John Brian Markee, age 47, turned himself into Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Detectives after the Hamilton County Grand Jury handed down an indictment charging him with one (1) count of theft over $10,000.00.

The indictment came after a five (5) month investigation conducted by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division.

Detectives investigated an allegation that Markee, who was the President of the Hidden Harbor Homeowner's Association, had embezzled monies from the association. Detectives presented their findings to the Hamilton County Grand Jury who returned the indictment.

Markee's bond is set at $5,000.00.
