Hamilton County, TN - Earlier this evening, at approximately 5:30 pm, HCSO Deputies responded to the 8900 block of Hale Road for the report of a head-on collision involving two vehicles. Fire and EMS units also responded.

Two patients were transported to a local hospital, one of which was ejected from their vehicle in critical condition.

Traffic Investigators are currently on the scene investigating the cause of the crash.
