Hamilton County, TN – On Wednesday, July 19th, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office led and conducted a very successful county-wide Warrants Round-Up in conjunction with (10) local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

Our operational law enforcement partners were as follows:

- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms (ATF)

- Chattanooga Housing Authority Police Department

- Chattanooga Police Department

- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)

- East Ridge Police Department

- Red Bank Police Department

- Soddy Daisy Police Department

- TN Bureau of Investigation (TBI)

- TN Department of Corrections

- U.S. Marshalls

Yesterday’s highly successful operation was designed to apprehend several high priority offenders with active warrants for a variety of charges throughout Hamilton County.

Sheriff Jim Hammond, along with representatives from our local, state, and federal partners, will host a press conference on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10:30 am in the lobby of the Hamilton County Jail to discuss the operation and offer feedback as to its effectiveness.

Media representatives are encouraged to attend the press conference and several opportunities for interviews will be available.
