The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to assist Signal Mountain Police on a reported shooting that occurred at Signal Mountain Chiropractic, located at 1309 A Taft Highway.

Law Enforcement found Terrance Loher suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg and Tina Lohr had a wound to the head. Both parties were transported to Erlanger Hospital.

The preliminary investigation shows that Tina Lohr, who is the ex wife to Terrance Lohr arrived at the business with a weapon. During a struggle according to witnesses at the scene, Ms. Lohr shot Mr. Lohr in the leg.

Ms. Lohr was treated and released from the hospital at which time she was placed in custody and charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder/Domestic and two counts of Reckless Endangerment.

Mr. Lohr is still listed in critical condition at Erlanger Hospital and the investigation is continuing.
