Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this morning, acting upon viable intelligence received from a tip, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division personnel served a search warrant in the 700 block of Retro-Hughes Road in Bakewell.

During the course of the search, narcotics personnel recovered approximately (32) marijuana plants from the residence.

The owner of the property, Derrick Flippo, was arrested and charged with the following:

Possession with the intent of Resale

Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Manufacturing Marijuana

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
