Hamilton County, TN – The HCSO is officially releasing the name of the deceased party in yesterday’s incident on Hotwater Road.

The name of the victim is Roger Kelley (age 69) of Mowbray Mountain.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is actively investigating the incident.

The Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office is in the process of conducting their examination and will determine the cause and manner of death of Roger Kelley.
