Hamilton County, TN – Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office detectives are announcing that an arrest has been made in connection with the August 12, 2018 murder of Roger Kelly, which occurred at his residence on Hotwater Road, Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.

On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at approximately 8:30 pm, Tracy Lee Bowman (Age 46), was taken into custody in Bradley County, Tennessee without incident by HCSO detectives. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail where he was booked on charges of Criminal Homicide and Especially Aggravated Robbery.
