The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Unit, with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office SWAT team executed a narcotics search warrant at 4017 12th Avenue yesterday afternoon. This took place after the conclusion of a month long investigation involving Corey Harper and Lakita Bowling.

The narcotics search warrant resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, a small amount of cash along with a shot gun. Arrested during the search warrant was Corey Cortez Harper age 30 and Lakita Bowling age 28. The charges against Harper involving drugs and a weapon will be handled on the Federal level. Lakita Bowling will be charged in State court with Possession of Crack Cocaine for Resale, Possession of Marijuana for Resale, Possession of Controlled Substance for Resale, Tampering or Fabrication of Evidence and Resisting Arrest.

The investigation is continuing by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit.
