The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to 1700 Daughtery Ferry road yesterday evening at approximately 9:00 p.m. on a traffic crash. At the scene it was found that the incident involved a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle. The victim was traveling east bound on Daughtery Ferry road when the crash occurred. Traffic Investigator, Deputy Eddie Sledge advised that after leaving the roadway, the bike traveling approximately 51 feet before coming to a stop. The driver was wearing a helmet.

Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services along with the Sale Creek Fire Rescue responded to the scene, where CPR was initiated and Life Force was called to transport the victim to Erlanger Hospital.

The victim died from the injuries he sustained in the crash and was identified as Donald Williams age 59, of a Sale Creek address.

The investigation into the crash is on-going and being handled by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division.
