Hamilton County, TN – On Sunday, July 12th, 2020, arrest warrants were issued for Marie Mott (32 years of age), Cameron Williams (35 years of age) and Gerald Crawley (19 years of age). These arrest warrants are a result of an investigation conducted by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division into the flag burning incident that took place at Miller Park on Thursday, July 9th, 2020. Mott, Williams, and Crawley have been charged with the following:

Theft Under $1000

Vandalism Under $1000

Reckless Burning

Inciting to Riot

Mott and Williams were already in custody on unrelated charges at the time the warrants were issued. Crawley remains at large.

This is an ongoing investigation as the Sheriff's Office attempts to identify others who were involved in the incident.
