The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the name of the deputy involved in the August 22, 2020 Deputy Involved Shooting on Hixson Springs Road.

The name of the deputy involved is Deputy Jordan Long-Ross.

Deputy Long-Ross has been placed on administrative leave with pay.
