Hamilton County, TN – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is offering the following update in regards to the Chattanooga Police Department officer involved shooting that occurred October 27, 2020.

The suspect in this morning’s shooting is deceased and is being identified as Clifton Gorman Spencer, Jr., 35.

As this is an ongoing investigation, no further details will be released at this time
