Hamilton County, TN - Friday, October 30, 2020, at the direction of Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) responded to 4026 Shallowford Road (Circle K Convenience Store) to investigate an officer-involved shooting involving personnel with the Chattanooga Police Department.

The suspect was confirmed deceased and is being identified as Brandin Keith Davis, 27. Davis was confirmed to have active warrants for Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Vandalism, and Domestic Assault from Anderson County, Tennessee.

Once the investigation has concluded, the HCSO Criminal Investigations Division will turn their findings over to the District Attorney.
