HCSO Investigates Officer Involved Shooting

Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this morning (Friday, March 19, 2021), Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) personnel responded to the 3600 block of Premium Drive at the direction of Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston, to investigate an officer-involved shooting involving personnel with the Chattanooga Police Department.

Once the investigation has concluded, the HCSO Criminal Investigations Division will turn their findings over to the District Attorney.

As this is an ongoing investigation, no further details will be released at this time.
