The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division arrested David Blevins w/m age 58 earlier today after receiving indictments from Sullivan County, Tennessee for three counts of Child Rape. Mr. Blevins was located by Fugitive detectives at 6320 Hixson Pike, Big Ridge Apartments. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for processing and will be picked up by Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office tomorrow.
