Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this morning, Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Hammond, Chief Deputy Austin Garrett, and Deputy Chief of Corrections Shaun Shepherd presented Corrections Deputy and Inmate Transport Coordinator Justin Klinkerfuss with a Certificate of Commendation for his efforts to manage the day-to-day transport of inmates from the Silverdale Detention Center to their scheduled court appearances.

Since taking over as Transport Coordinator, Corrections Deputy Klinkerfuss has earned the accolades of his superiors and Judges’ Tom Greenholtz and Alex Mcveagh for his attention to detail and ability to ensure the timely transport of inmates for their regularly scheduled visits.

“The professionalism shown by Corrections Deputy Justin Klinkerfuss exemplifies the role of a dedicated public servant and are in keeping with the highest standards of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office,” stated Sheriff Jim Hammond. “For his efforts and service, I am awarding him a Sheriff’s commendation and challenge coin,” he further noted.
