Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this afternoon at approximately 1:15 pm, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office personnel and School Resource Deputies responded to Lookout Valley Middle/High School for the report that a student was assaulted in a bathroom.

EMS was called to the scene to evaluate the student. After medical review, the student was released on-scene to their guardian.

The circumstances of the assault are being investigated by the HCSO.
