The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has charged two parties with the September 28, 2009 armed robbery and home invasion that took place at 1306 Scout Road, Hixson, Tennessee.

The victim advised detectives that a b/m suspect approached her in the front yard of her residence and wanted to know her name. He walked her into the residence and had a gun at her back. Once inside the residence he pointed the gun at three other parties and demanded their cell phones and money. The suspect ran from the scene to a waiting vehicle parked down the street.

During the course of the investigation, detectives developed information on two suspects who were identified as Damon Marqui Brown age 19 and Aaron Cousins age 19. Both parties have been charged with three counts of Aggravated Robbery.
