Hamilton County, TN – Earlier this morning, the School Resource Deputy assigned to Red Bank High School arrested a student who intentionally brought a large kitchen knife to the school with the admitted intention of harming another student.

The two students were involved in an altercation yesterday on the school bus.

The student was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with the unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon on school grounds.
