HCSO Recruiting Team Also Hosts Public Event

Hamilton County, TN – Last night, Sheriff Austin Garrett had the privilege to throw the ceremonial first pitch at the Lookouts baseball game. The game, held at AT&T Stadium, was played against the Tennessee Smokies with the away team taking the win.

In addition, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Recruitment Team hosted a booth for community outreach and to discuss employment opportunities with those in attendance. Large public venues and sporting events offer our Recruitment Team an extraordinary opportunity to reach potential hires in places where we would not normally have access to such large crowds of people. In addition to speaking to attendees about the HCSO, our mission, and our recruitment opportunities, they also handed out hand fans and other items.

Several HCSO personnel and their families attended last night’s Lookout’s game and lots of fun was had by all in attendance.
