Hamilton County, TN – On Monday, January 22, 2024, at approximately 6:00 pm, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles in the 7300 block of Ooltewah Georgetown Road.

One of the persons involved was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The name of the deceased is being withheld until the next-of-kin is notified.

The HCSO Traffic Unit responded to the scene and is conducting the crash investigation.
