The Criminal Investigative Division of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Greg Bryan Austin age 45, charging him with Aggravated Statutory Rape. This is the result of a complaint made by the victim’s mother to investigators involving inappropriate sexual messages she found on her daughters cell phone.

As the investigation progressed ,evidence was found to support the charge of Aggravated Statutory Rape involving Mr. Austin and the juvenile female. Mr. Austin was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
