On June 1, 2010 the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to an address on Moses Road regarding suspected Child Pornography. The resident advised that she sent her daughter to a bedroom to be cleaned. This bedroom had been used by Kevin Morgan age 37, who moved away approximately one year ago and left the bedroom locked. During the room cleaning, she found several CD’s that was thought to contain family pictures but instead found child pornography.

During the investigation, detectives found in addition to child pornographic digital images, also found child porn in printed form or self manufactured where the suspect put a child’s face on another child body.

Mr. Morgan was arrested on June 3, 2010 and charged with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
