The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division was notified that three parties who were being shown on the “12 Most Wanted,” have been apprehended. The three are as follows: Richard Junior Wilson w/m age 29, Darrius Higgins b/m age 38 and Kenneth Lamar Hopkins b/m age 46.

This leaves room for two new additions to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office “12 Most Wanted.” The first will be Myron Pierre Walton b/m age 37, 5’ 4” weighing 140 lbs. with a last known address on Daisy Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is wanted for Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm while in Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Robbery as well as Probation Violations on the charges of Simple Assault and False Imprisonment.

The second addition is Marty Joe Witt b/m age 39, 6’ 2” weighing 130 lbs. and a last known address on 14th Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is wanted for Parole Violation on a charge of Robbery.
