On July 7, 2010, Investigators with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ashlee Wade w/f age 21 and Joshua Whitaker w/m age 26, charging both with Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and False Reports. These arrests have cleared several burglaries reported on June 28, 2010 in the Hixson area of Hamilton County.

Stolen items from the burglaries were recovered at area Pawn Shops and other locations. Both parties face additional charges as the investigation progresses.
