The Criminal Investigative Division of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was notified on Saturday July 17, 2010 on a possible child abuse. Detectives responded to T. C. Thompsons Hospital to initiate the criminal investigation into the injuries to eight month old Trinity Luck. It was found the infant was first taken to Erlanger North for medical treatment but then transferred to T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital. The investigation is on-going and no further information will be released pending the conclusion of the criminal investigation.
