On Wednesday July 21, 2010 at approximately 10:47 p.m. the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to Memorial Hospital on a reported person shot. When investigators arrived at the hospital they interviewed Charles Moore, the victim’s father. Mr. Moore advised investigators he heard gun shots outside his residence located at 5802 Shady Hollow Lane. When he went outside the residence, he observed his 21 year old son, Darrian Levon Moore sitting in his vehicle. When he approached the vehicle and found his son suffering from an apparent gunshot to the head, he immediately drove him to Memorial Hospital.

Due to the severity of the injury, the victim was transferred to Erlanger Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
