The Narcotics and Special Operations Division of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant early this morning at 5240 Austin Drive. Detectives located a methamphetamine lab inside the residence and requested a cleanup truck from an area environmental company to pick up and package for disposal of the chemicals used in the lab.

Two parties were arrested at the scene and identified as Holland McDowell age 44 and Ricky Rounsaville age 51. Both were charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance. They were transported to the Hamilton County Jail where they were booked and bond was set at $75,000 for Holland McDowell and $45,000 for Ricky Rounsaville.
