Terrence Lebron Bivens has been added to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office “12 Most Wanted.” Mr. Bivens is 25 years old, 5’9” weighing 165 lbs. with a last known address on W. 21st Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

He is wanted for Failure to Appear on the charges of: Unlawful Carrying/Possession of a Weapon, Reckless Endangerment, Cruelty to Animals, Evading Arrest, Felony Possession of Controlled Substance, Probation Violation on Assault and Reckless Endangerment along with another charge of Reckless Endangerment.
