A month long joint investigation involving the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and Lookout Mountain Judicial Task Force ended with the arrest of 56 year old Ringgold, Georgia resident, Bennie Douglas Hullender.

A narcotic search warrant was served at the Extended Stay Motel located at 6240 Airpark Road room 136 on October 27, 2010 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Found during the search was Methamphetamine (ICE), Marijuana, prescription pills, several weapons and a large sum of cash. Mr. Hullender was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine (ICE), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of Firearms. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he was booked on these charges and is currently under a $46,000 bond.
