HCSO
This is the time of year when everyone starts to think about Christmas and children make their lists for Santa. Unfortunately some children will not have Christmas nor have their dreams answered. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office works every year to provide toys for children who otherwise would not have a visit from Santa.
Deputy Stockburger, who is the School Resource Officer at Ooltewah Middle School, has organized a Community Day to be held on November 13, 2010 starting 10:00 a.m. at the school to benefit the “Caring Cops Toy Drive.” There will be a Car Show and other children activities to make a fun day for the kids. Please drop by, join in the fun and bring an unwrapped toy for the children of Hamilton County.
People will see toy barrels located at area businesses such as “Rib & Loin” and “Krispy Kreme.” Enjoy a meal or pick up donuts and drop an unwrapped toy in the barrel.
Help us to provide Christmas for the children of Hamilton County.
