Detectives worked throughout the night on the reported shooting that took place yesterday evening around 9:12 p.m. on 9125 Stony Mountain Drive. Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division charged Myles Kensey Stout w/m age 19 with Reckless Homicide. The defendant was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for booking and is under a $25,000.00 bond. The first court date is March 17, 2011 at 8:30 a.m.
