FROM THE TORNADO DISASTER RELIEF CENTER.......VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS CONTINUE TO WORK TOGETHER FOR ALL HAMILTON COUNTY DISASTER VICTIMS.
THE SAMARTIAN CENTER LOCATED AT 9231 LEE HIGHWAY, CONTINUES TO ACCEPT NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS, GENTLY USED FURNITURE, BABY ITEMS, HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS, ETC... AND WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE AFFECTED AREAS OF HAMILTON COUNTY.
THE LEAD AGENCY FOR FOOD DONATIONS WILL BE THE SALVATION ARMY. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC FOOD ITEMS NEEDED MAY CALL (423) 756-1023.
THE TORNADO DISASTER RELIEF CENTER CONTINUES TO ASSIST DISASTER VICTIMS WITH THEIR SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM NEEDS, (I.E. MEALS, CLOTHING, HOUSING, SHOWER FACILITIES AND A MOBILE WASHATERIA.)

AFTER TODAY, EMERGENCY SERVICES WILL SCALE BACK WHILE SOCIAL SERVICES PERSONNEL WILL REMAIN ON SITE AT THE TORNADO DISASTER RELIEF CENTER UNTIL SERVICES NO LONGER NEEDED.
