This informational release is to advise the media of a training scenario that will take place today starting at 3:00 p.m. at 4900 Dayton Blvd. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. team along with Red Bank Police Tactical Team and Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services will be involved.

A barricaded hostage scenario will take place with the assistance of “role players” from Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office, Dunlap Police Department and Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This event will start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. The location for this training will be the vacant Bi Lo building, 4900 Dayton Blvd.

If anyone from the media is interested, a location will be set up behind Fire Hall # 2, which is just adjacent to the training location.
