On Tuesday, October 11, 2011, detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Sex Crimes Division assisted officials with Tustin Police Department from Orange County, California, to execute an arrest and search warrant at 9234 Hopi Trail, Ooltewah.

Jimmy Ernest Hutton age 24, was arrested at the residence on outstanding warrants from California on charges relating to sexual acts with minor children. During the arrest and search of the residence at 9234 Hopi Trail, detectives located images of child pornography.

Hutton was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and will face extradition to California.
